WWKIP day has arrived!! sorry to put this up at the last minute but if cabin fever is setting in join us either at the museum cafe in Hobart today at 1.30 or if your up for a bit more of an adventure another group are meeting at Ross Wool Center and Museum.

Despite the appearance this blog may present we are still alive and kicking! Most of our adventures these days are displayed on Ravelry. If you have not discovered us there yet, we are the Tassie Knitters group (yes, very imaginative name!). You'll find lots of pictures of our knitting adventures there and chat about knitting and non-knitting topics. Of course everyone, whether a Ravelry member or not, is welcome at our meetings. So if you haven't knitted in public with friends before, please come along. We promise you'll have fun!

Our next stitch and bitch meet will be on Saturday 4th October at the usual venue and time - that's Pasha's in North Hobart between 2-4pm. We hope to see there.

My brother and I took photo's of these on Sunday the day after WWKIP day! I had to straighten the scarf around this fellows neck, looked like someone wanted to try it on.
I didn't get to see the cuddly bike rack!! Nor did I get to see the article in the papers so if anybody has kept a copy please bring it along to our next S&B!

Sorry I've been a bit slack with posting....blame it on the plague!

Here we are happy, happy knitting and bitching at Pasha's! I think we are going to stay.

The service, food, coffee, and little Turkish delights were all very good. We are booked in for our next meeting on the 5th of July at 2pm!!
