"Just saw in the Aussie Knitters forum (on Ravelry) that Yarn Magazine are asking for details of SnB groups (meeting times, places etc) so that they can print them in the magazine.
What do you think, should we send them our info?"
Penni noted that this would mean settling on a regular venue/time etc

Fine by me. we don't necessarily need to set a regular venue as long as we publicise it on here and make sure people know to check. I'm not a huge fan of the current venue.
yeah, that's true. i'm with you on the current venue.
Well I'll make it a 'Me three!". I wonder where else we could go?
'Me four', this is a great idea...
I kinda like the current venue but I guess its not so kid friendly and a little awkward to sit, But the location is great and the coffee's are good.
I'm thinking, thinking where can we go???
What's the museum cafe like?
Hmm, I don't mind the current place, but it doesn't allow for much expansion.. the museum cafe wouldn't accommodate a big group all the well, methinks... not enough room to all sit together. Anyone know more cafes?
Ok, Have sent our info to Yarn with a note saying the venue is subject to change and that people should check our blog.
Have been trying to think of new venues, but so far nothing amazing has come to mind. I like the idea of somewhere with couches...
I agree re the museum cafe- too small- and the need for couches! There must be somewhere a bunch of poor knitty peeps can go!
I was going to check out the museum today...:( poo!
Park benches are looking good.
